STUFT Fitness Strollerwise Classes
- Tuesdays and Thursdays
- 9:00 am in Kit Carson Park
- Meet us at the playground at the south end of the park
- First class is FREE!!!!
- All you need is a stroller, a kids (or 2 or 3), and a mat or towel
Class Description-
This is a circuit type workout that combines a brisk walk or run with resistance training. We use exercise tubes for the toning portions of the class through different stops along the 2 mile route (there is a option to make the walk/run longer for those who are looking to get an extra mile or so). Participants get a full body workout in an hour and 15 minutes. It’s a great way to tone up, get in shape, improve cardiovascular fitness, and meet other moms.
As parents its important to take time to take care of ourselves and our health. Strollerwise classes offer a setting where we can do all of this while including our kids in our workout. What a great way to show them a good example of healthy habits.
